The rates below include government taxes as well as dockage. However, keep in mind that dockage is generally limited to 5 boats at our lodge so please make reservations in advance. Deposits may be required based on seasonality.
New prices include Bahamian taxes and dockage with no differentiation on weekdays or weekend.
Rates increase by $25 for the following holiday weekends as well as the opening of lobster season: Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, and the first two weekends in August. During the Off Season we are running a rate of $180.00 for the Suites and $190.00 for the Deluxe Suites.
